Yesterday we decided to be adventurous and sign up to go mountain biking through the rainforest. We didn't realize that the rain forest was so damn hilly. Of the 6 or so couples in our group we were in the worst shape. Tiff's bike kept breaking and I was just a mess. It was pretty damn exhausting. At the end we took a long break and it was mostly downhill. The forest was very cool and our guides stopped periodicly to make us eat something they ripped from a tree. At the very end there was a sweet waterfall and we took a quick dip in the pool underneath it. I posted some pictures on the picasa to check out.
When we got back we mostly just ate lots of a food and napped.
This morning we are headed over to do some SCUBA.

Ooh.. biking uphill is definitely no fun! At least you had each other haha and the pretty rain forest and snacks along the way! Looks like you 2 are staying busy and having fun! Excited to see how Scuba went!
